Terms for access to the digital service, payment, renewal and refunds.
1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer to provide the user with access to the digital service Daos Guru and its related paid features, materials and membership levels.
The offer is addressed to individuals, sole proprietors and other persons who are legally entitled to enter into agreements under applicable law.
2. Subject Matter
The provider grants the user paid or free access to the site's functionality: calculations, personal account features, bookmarks, related digital materials and additional paid options as defined by the selected plan or offer on the site.
The exact scope of access, price, duration, renewal conditions and available features are shown on the site, in the payment interface or in the user's account.
3. Acceptance
- Acceptance is constituted by registering on the site with the intent to access the service, placing an order and/or paying for a selected offer.
- Upon acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded in electronic form.
- The user confirms having reviewed the service description, price, access period and these terms before acceptance.
4. Payment and Access Activation
Payment is made through the payment methods available on the site. The user's payment obligation is considered fulfilled upon confirmation of successful payment by the payment system.
Paid features are activated after payment confirmation and remain available for the period specified in the corresponding offer.
If recurring payments are provided for a given offer, the user expressly agrees to the chosen renewal mechanism and may disable it through the payment system or the service interface.
5. Rights and Obligations
- The provider is obligated to provide access to paid features in the scope corresponding to the selected offer.
- The user must use the site in good faith, respect the rights of third parties and pay for selected services on time.
- The user is responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet access and keeping entered data up to date.
6. Nature of the Service
The service is a digital tool for calculations and information management. It does not replace professional advice in areas requiring licensed or otherwise specially regulated activity.
The provider does not guarantee that the user will achieve subjectively expected results from interpreting calculations, as the completeness of input data, reading methodology and the user's own decisions are determining factors.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are considered with regard to the digital nature of the service, whether access was provided, the scope of functionality already delivered and mandatory consumer protection requirements.
If paid access was not provided due to the provider's fault, the user is entitled to request a refund or to have access restored.
To submit a request, the user should contact the support team using the details provided in the contact section, including a description of the situation and payment details. The response time is a reasonable period, typically up to 10 business days.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service and is not liable for temporary technical disruptions.
The provider is not liable for any decisions made by the user based on information obtained through the service or for any consequences of such decisions.
The parties bear liability within the limits established by applicable law and these terms.
The provider is not liable for disruptions caused by payment systems, communication providers, third-party services, browsers, user devices and other circumstances beyond the provider's reasonable control.
9. Duration and Termination
The agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance until all obligations are fulfilled. For subscription and fixed-term offers, the agreement remains in effect for the paid access period or until auto-renewal is disabled, if applicable.
The provider may restrict access if the user violates the law, these terms or the terms of use.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to the court at the provider's location in accordance with applicable law.
